Privacy Policy
Last updated November 1, 2026
This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit secndai.com. The short version: we don't ask you for personal information, and we don't track you.
What this policy covers
It covers this website. Secnd, our first product, isn't available yet. Before it launches, we'll publish a policy that explains how it handles your data.
Information we collect
This site has no accounts, signup forms or payments. It doesn't set cookies, and it doesn't use analytics or advertising trackers.
- Technical data: our hosting provider, Vercel, receives the data any website needs to respond to a request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time.
- Messages: if you contact us, we receive what you choose to send.
How we use it
We use this information to deliver the site, keep it secure, fix problems and answer you. We don't use it for advertising.
Who receives it
Vercel handles technical data as our hosting provider. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect people or the site. We don't sell personal information.
Links to other services
Links to GitHub, Hugging Face and other services take you to sites with their own privacy policies. The options that open our setup prompt in an AI assistant send that prompt's text to the assistant you pick. Nothing about you is added to it.
Our models and your data
Ren v1.1.0 was trained on 12 licensed public sets and 26 written ones. Nothing you do on this site is used to train our models.
We plan to train future versions of Ren on real decisions from Secnd, and only with consent. We'll explain how that works before Secnd collects anything.
Retention and security
Technical data is kept according to our hosting provider's retention periods. We keep messages for as long as we need them to deal with what you asked. The site is served over HTTPS, but no system is perfectly secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to how it's used. Contact us to make a request.
International visitors
Our service providers may process information in countries other than yours, where data protection laws may differ.
Children
This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
Contact
We don't have a dedicated legal inbox yet. Please reach us through GitHub. Issues there are public, so don't post personal details. Ask for a private way to continue and we'll arrange one.
