These terms apply when you use secndai.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Who we are
Secnd is an AI research lab building decision models, and products on top of them. Our first model is Ren. Secnd, our first product, isn't available yet.
Using this site
You may use this site for any lawful purpose. Please don't:
- Break the law or infringe anyone's rights through the site.
- Interfere with the site, or try to get around its security.
- Suggest that we endorse you or your work when we don't.
Ren's weights and code
Weights are public under CC BY-SA 4. That licence, not these terms, sets how you may use, share and adapt them.
Code is covered by the terms in its own repository. Publishing code on GitHub doesn't by itself grant a licence to it, and these terms don't grant one.
Model results
Ren can be wrong, including when it reports high confidence. Our published results cover specific tests and have stated limits. They don't certify Ren for your use, and no real business has run Ren yet.
You're responsible for how you use Ren and for checking its results. Don't rely on it alone for decisions that could seriously affect someone's health, safety, rights, money or legal position.
Plans and products
This site describes things we plan to build, including Secnd and its connections. They aren't available, and plans can change. If we launch a product, it will have its own terms.
Our content
The Secnd name and logo, and the site's text and design, belong to us or our licensors unless a licence says otherwise. Other names and logos belong to their owners, and showing them doesn't mean they're connected to us.
Other sites
Links to other services are there for convenience. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for them.
Disclaimer
The site and its information are provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that the site will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits rights or liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we'll update them here and change the date at the top. Using the site after that means you accept the new terms.
